STEP 2: Submission of Applicant’s Details.
The application shall be treated as complete only if both the mandatory Steps (Step1 & Step2) are completed successfully. In case candidate is unable to submit the application by closing date and time, or if the application is otherwise incomplete, his/her candidature will be summarily rejected.
No fee is applicable to submit the application form.
Applicant can view the Application details from the View/Print Application menu option available after successful submission of application form.

6 Instruction for uploading Photograph , Signature and Annexure-A Document

The Candidates must keep ready all the relevant documents, scanned photograph and Signature before filling up the application.

Photograph size and format

1. A good quality scanned colour passport size Photograph should be in JPEG/JPG format and file size of the photograph should be in the range of 10 KB to 200 KB. Dimension of photograph to be uploaded should be about 480(width) x 640(height) pixels.

Signature size and format

1. The signature must be on a white paper with black/blue ink and the signature must be in running hand, not in BLOCK letters.

2. A good quality scanned signature file should be in JPEG/JPG format having file size ranging from 5 KB to 50 KB. Signature should fit in the box of dimensions of about 560(width) x 160(height) pixels.

3. Signature should occupy at least 75% of the box.
